Aimee Pourroy is an IFBB Pro Figure athlete, accountant, personal trainer, and Wellness Optimization Consultant dedicated to helping others realize that age, genetics, and life’s responsibilities do not determine their potential. After working full-time while attending college at night, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Accounting and a minor in Native American Studies. Her lifelong passion for athletics—from competitive sports and endurance events to bodybuilding—shaped her belief that discipline, resilience, and consistency can overcome almost any obstacle.

After becoming a mother, Aimee embraced bodybuilding as both a personal challenge and an opportunity to lead by example. Since her first competition in 2013, she has earned numerous top NPC placements, qualified for national competitions, and achieved her long-term goal of becoming an IFBB Pro. She continues to compete professionally in Masters Figure while balancing a successful accounting career, coaching fitness clients, studying nutrition, hormones, recovery, longevity, and performance optimization, and supporting her daughter’s athletic journey.

Today, Aimee’s mission extends far beyond the competition stage. She is passionate about inspiring women—especially those over 40 and 50—to reject the belief that their best years are behind them. Through evidence-based education, practical experience, and a commitment to lifelong learning, she empowers others to build healthier, stronger, and more confident lives. Her journey is proof that with consistency, smart training, proper nutrition, and perseverance, anyone can redefine what is possible at any age.
